Currently, in the US our economic warfare brain intelligence is at a all time brain drain. I have wrote in other i natives for our military basic training advancements. Which the PLA have done, like hacking and electromagnetic repair. Which I believe all of their soldiers get for basic repair. However, we could go above and beyond. Where during down time after deployment the ladies and boys have to go through stock market training to help them be financially secure.
