The plot is that there are two remaining major factions edging for power. One is a muti cultural smaller group prone to using high levels of many different cultures to fight against genocide and single mono cultural rule. Then the other is a prodimant single race non beleiver in religion prone to using high puppets of less intellegent cultures to attack the muticulture so they can control and take over the world as a single mono cultural racist entity.
The scene is set in Asia, where a young man from a long line of racist genocidal fascist fighters as the caption shows, is fighting heavily behind lines in Thailand known as the golden pyramid. Which to some he is considered a demon for working so closely to a chemical substance that when abused hurts citizens, but substantially controlled can ease civil unrest and pressure of whole countries to stop them from killing each other. He get's calls from the higher up that the genocidal society has made movies to destroy their home country completely. In which the first strike so as not to get their allied fascist friends to attack in defense will be a the zombie bombs. Not a biological weapon as it just makes individuals want to eat each other and they look like normal humans just carnivores. They said it will be highly controlled but the teams are going to have to fend off any citizens comming out of the genocidal societies country.
So the movie becomes a solider style war type genocide of a whole country trying to stop them from leaving the area. Which a control burn point is set up by an international cultural foundation so as to destroy 200, million infected genocidal party members especially the main city dwellers who have for generations racistly tagged the ethnic cultures and country dwellers as racist insuperior to them and their race. The fun part is that fact that the genocidal society tries to burn its own to stop it from spreading but the muticultural society has pri set issues to a specific count.
That would be a zombie movie, especially if we use actually real Communist symbols of China like we did during Nazi zombie movie.
