The idea that in the US it is to easy to define someone as a terrorist as we are a competitive power structure is to easy. Without the ability of the protection of one the courts with proper evidence. Either party could easily destroy very hot issues like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jimmy Hoffa, Rider I or many others that come very close to grey lines. If it is an American citizen no matter if they are in trouble for conspiracy of terrorism or otherwise. They should get proper research.
