I believe that the US needs to pick up its lobbying on world development for our free enterprises. This should be done in such a manner that lobbying units are able to mirror the powere of the Communist Chinese development lobbying government unit. Dear President Obama

First of all thank you for taken the burden on your head to see our opinions out as I know many may get your under duress by foreign actors and domestic. I am thankful for you. My next idea is the idea based on my childhood. The idea is that teenagers are the basic trend machine of the US. They have the biggest market access as they have the most expendable funds. So my teacher taught us in high school after 15.5 when we could work. To learn how to play the stock market. He gave us $100 of fake money. Then some kids made millions at the end of the year. So the idea is to have them start a real stock trade via teenage stock trading cite. So they can actually trade for real. If their parents wish to give them $10 or $100 to play with. Then the teacher can advice them as they go along. At the end of the year the account can be audited for tax purpose. Then the school gets a percentage of the fund over what they started with for advising. Lets say economic students start making millions. Then the whole school system can be closed to paid for. This then could if it works out cause the deficit to shrink. I suggest a full scale study on this matter and a regulative issue to go along with it for students rights and children rights. A solution to the California tax deficit.

Currently California is losing over 240 business a year to other states and to foreign state owned enterprise institutions. Which costs the California the whole of our deficit. If you where to take the time the California started losing business due to tax hikes. You would see that the loss of business and jobs is the exact number of the deficit via our taxes. Therefore, I propose a better solution. A much easier one that can bring business back to the California. 

The Solution is to update our dams. We simple place in one knot generators at the end of our dams and at the front. These one knot generators will generator enough electricity to power our cities. As California electricity is already to expensive this can substantially take the burden off the cost of electricity by creating a competitive source against the current monopoly on electricity in California. Then all proceeds could be donated to the school systems. This then we create more than enough income to fund our schools. Which as the cost of our schools alone is the actual liabilities deficit sheet. We would see the deficit would be completely erased. While electricity would become cheaper, which would bring back more business. As we could lower our taxes via simple creating a competitive electrical school company. The actually creation of income would be in the billions as one knot generators of the flow of dams sitting still or moving creates enough income to pay for all school teachers and overhead. Currently the US is in a major deficit. Along with that the US is in a major inability to compete with the Communist Chinese in economy or international development contracts. It is in my belief this is because of the US's inability to produce production minerals for its companies. Which the Communist Chinese have set up policies to force international companies to set up head quarters in their country. Which is done primarily because of their monopoly on production minerals. Then once there the Communist Chinese have legalies that force the companies to give up all of their business strategies and other Intellectual Property to do business there. If you are truly a US patriotic force that wishes to earn funds while working for the US patriotic viewpoint. I think you would look into DOD legislation along with Mining Association legislation that is trying to get more mines opened in the US. 

My strategic plan is simple. The US has one of the worlds biggest production mineral re reserves. We do not even have enough production minerals hear to open up smelting firms for production. The current Presidential Administration did open up two rare earth mines in the US. Along with North Dakota just bullying through regulations to go to a mining boom. However, the US needs substantially more to get to where it needs to be. In my plan the US opens up 3 mines per state. With new middle class families. Which brings new rich blood to fight in the macro policy against the Communist Chinese expansion. These mines are small plot mines small tonnage permits. Just 66 million for each plot. Then we can export these minerals along with bringing back our military and security sector manufacturing. As our current high technological missile parts and other equipment are being built by the worlds worst cyber terrorist state and terrorism protector Communist China. These 180 mines spread across the states. Would do like what we saw during the 70's where the US was in a mineral boom. The mines could create an 8 trillion dollar a year surplus in the US. Which in as few as 4 years could have the US out of the current deficit with no cuts to our military or national security spending. 

My suggestion would be to do a complete root economic warfare brief on the matter of how the US's abandoned mines and depleted minerals has starved the US economy. Along these lines it is my belief one of the key elements to why the first President Obama Administration stimulus did not work. Was because as many books have pointed out. US companies where getting our stimulus money building here. Then getting better contracts after taking millions in US stimulus to go to Communist China to produce. Mainly because they could not get the minerals they needed in the US. This was because of Commerce Secretary Locke, and Technological Secretary Chu along with the Contract Secretary not listening to their business when they told them they need to open mines or they would have to leave the US. Along with that how Communist China got the specifics on what companies gained stimulus from the US. When the public could not get it is still an amazing point. However, all three players in the area are Han Chinese with major ties to the Communist Chinese and their State Owned Enterprises.

My suggestions as a major interested party in the US news and presi. First, I would like to say I think you are doing the best you can as an American and a human being to kick butt for us all. Now let's get into my thoughts and what I see so as to moderate things. I understand you did open up two major rare earth mines, along with allowing without flack Alaskan and Dakota style oil openings. I appreciate that. However, my thoughts reside on the small family folks. In history middle families used to be able to own and operate mines. This then help spread the wealth and power from top to bottom a lot. Today we find 31,000 middle class mines abandoned and being buried over. My theory on solving the Deficit is simple. As all things come down to a simple code. 3 mines per state is about 180 mines. We only allow middle class or poor class to open them. This gets new blood in the politics and rich macro fighters. While each mine can be small tonnage permits that cast about 66 million from foreign treasury into the US. Which comes out to about 8 trillion or so a year. Which means in about 4 years we are out of the deficit. Then we can primarily concentrate our space mission on mine shipping lanes, private sector amenities and safe reentry for space Mining, along with coring. This solves for Communist threats and bullying, along with world economic matters. As we balance out the US treasury and help expand other markets. The Communist Chinese are well known to be the West's and Democracies ultimate enemy. They have long since in history and application constantly tried to expand their constitution to destroy the multicultural constitution of the USA. The two major differences are that in the US's constitution it stands for each individual as a section to themselves in their own management (economics). With the Communist Chinese we see their constitution is primarily based on the idea of a centralized single political party and single cultural control based on that party and a single book. The US stands for many books, and many ideas based on competitive power balance of more than one party. In this has laid the biggest foundation for hate and death between the two ideological perspectives. 

These perspectives have led to major blood shed; between the two ideals; one of power balance and sharing and one of fascist single control. The Korean War was based on the current Communist Chinese Regime wish to expand via their constitution. Which wanted them to help create a single party dominance in the world where their country was the key capital to that single mono party. We also saw them do such things as invade neighbors of Tibet, Mongolia and Turkestan basically for resources and primarily so they could expand their constitution of their single party dominance. Thanks to Dr. Kissinger we where able to open their gates so we could start to transition them and get them sing treaties of economic warfare and of further expansion. This was done after the Vietnam war. Where the  current Communist Chinese party the CCP and the MSS; used economic warfare via the Hochy men trail to destroy hundreds of millions of lives so they could spread their single party dominance idea. As the majority of troops fighting in Vietnam where either Chinese or Chinese where stationed in North Vietnamese as the Vietnamese went to the fore fronts. However, the intelligence of the Vietnam war and economic warfare was run by the Communist Chinese MSS espionage units. 

We see today the MSS still working on their pri Dr. Kissinger era movements. In which the majority of the Communist Chinese treaties have been completely disrespected. Everything from NATO's treaty to not help or fund terrorism, all the way to the WTO's treaty to stop SOE expansion and illegal subsidies of their government businesses. These are major problems in the world today. As we can trace the economic collapse back to a centralized world government that sucked in the majority of the worlds reserves and resources. All so they could fulfill their constitution. The Constitution of Communist China allows the MSS to still keep the majority of the economy controlled by a single centralized committee that controls 75% of the business in Communist Chinese. As the SASAC deals with the free enterprises. While also having major control over such entities as PLA retired generals businesses, and other major party officials businesses.

Hence we come to the problem of Huwaei. Which is retired General's of the PLA armies business. As stated above the PLA is the same army that killed hundreds of millions in Korea and North Korea. With this specific general having action in Vietnam planning and intelligence of economic warfare. In today's world we see that economics and business are all tied to the telecommunications. The whole military perspective or even Democracy individual competition for power balance and wealth spreading. Is destroyed if a foreign oppressor as Huwaei will be shown to be is allowed into a free market. Without strict compliance and rebuilding of all of all of their servers. We can see that if Huwaei is found to be in part or whole with regards to the Western or International Community deems terrorist. That they should not be allowed into the worlds head corner stone of Democracy and liberty. Along these lines if Huwaei is found to be in part or whole in with regards to cyber warfare abilities they should also not be allowed into the main strong hold against their constant world wish for their constitutional single party fascism. Furthermore, if Huwaei is found to be in part or whole in with economic warfare to destroy the free market. Then again they should not be allowed into the strong hold of liberty and individual beliefs. For international matters of problems, if the Huwaei is found to have been illegally subsidized by breaking WTO contracts the US should be deemed as protecting not only its security buts it competitive abilities. Furthermore, if Huwaei can be shown to be part of the Communist Chinese social club. Which wishes for dominance over the US and America social club. Then we can see that such a powerful contract could disrupt and create major gateway controls in our dark side of our pyramid. All these things could lead to terrorist attacks or even further destruction of not only world competitive industries by US domestic competitive industries.  Anyone of the above should be enough to keep Huwaei out of our infrastructural gateway controls. The Question may come up so when do we allow them in. That is plain and simple at the point in time when our freedom fighters are theirs and theirs ours. Until they find a Democracy in their country they are an extreme threat to all muti party systems and competitive power sharing countries. If such is found than we should be abound by history and treat them like we treated the Soviet Union who had the exact same constitution of a single party rule.

1. Terrorism  

Terrorism is defined as "The use or threat of violence to intimidate or cause panic, esp. as a means of affecting political conduct." Blacks law. If we look at the PLA we can see that they are one of the main agents of terrorism against Democracy and free markets. As Huwaei is a PLA Retired Generals main business. Along with his cronies. We can see that the PLA agents itself and the General have been involved in Terrorism against the US and the free market systems. Along these lines if we break down Huwaei action we can see a possible board action draw game where Huwaei was a primary actor to protect proxy agents. This game I will call the Representative Charlie Wilson Style Liquidation War.

The CSLW is based on the idea of using proxy agents to draw in a major force then protect and fund the smaller force to force the bigger force to overextend its treasury and lose necessary domestic funding to keep it from imploding economically. This strategy was done to use violence to affect the Soviet system of fascism and SOE's. Which Charlie Wilson merely drew in the Soviet Forces to areas of hostility to smaller forces. So as to cause major economic imbalance in the assets and liability sheet. Which as time showed seriously affected the Soviet Union as they could not come back from the lost treasury in the war. This then had a major impact on their political system. Everything from causing major turmoil domestically from the single Soviet party all the way to factions breaking apart from the party and causing major turmoil for about ten years or so. Until we saw the break up of the Soviet Union. 

Today if we look at what is going on in the West and primarily the head corner stone of the free market; the USA. We can see a similar plane was laid out to force the US into a political and economic liquidation. What we saw was the Communist Chinese become strong friends with major already proxy agents in the Middle East. In which evidence shows the Communist Chinese heavily funded Al Queada to do such things as attack the USS Cole, and 911. This was proven by the Communist Chinese economic packs right before each event and the transfer of manuals, data, funds and weapons during the nexused time period of both attacks by Al Queada. During and before these attacks Communist China used Huwaei to set up telecommunications in all Al Queada strong hold. This was so when they finally drew the US into the area of Al Queada they could protect all chatter from the terrorist cells. As they slowly eroded the US major forces. If you read the book that outright admits to it and was written by the PLA. You can see exactly how they did it. Along these lines after each attack the Communist Chinese praised Al Queada and upped the economic pacts and other strengthening issues with them.

The main strategy of the Communist Chinese strengthening Al Queada was based on protecting the terrorist. They did this primarily through chat rooms and other telecommunications chatter being unseen during the war against terrorism in the parts in which Huwaei had already set up telecom protection units. This therefore, would show that Huwaei was directly involved in a terrorist action to get the US into a liquidation war. In which Huwaei was the main player on the Communist Chinese side. As all it had to do to keep the smaller forces going was to protect their intelligence and movements. This does not include the fact that Huwaei has also worked with SOE's to launder monies and funds being transferred to Hamas also. If belief is correct via the current ongoing research with regards to a case against the Communist Chinese for embezzling funds for Hamas. Which is to be considered one of their freedom fighters. So the Communist Chinese government does nothing about their business protecting such terrorist. Furthermore, we have seen the Communist Chinese regime use such actions as to allow for protection of terrorist or what they call freedom fighters. As funding, protecting, creating nuclear material for them and a whole string of things. That would show that the Huwaei company if allowed would try and get away with the same things that other Communist Chinese business have done with regards to protecting and helping terrorist, or what we call terrorist and they call freedom fighters.

A. Major Differences in Political Viewpoints Cause Terrorism

The difference between US freedom fighters and Communist Chinese freedom fighters or what we deem to be terrorist. The US believes in peaceful movements. Such as protests and allowing folks to speak their minds. So much so folks have camped out for months on our streets protesting. In which we have just now began to start to ask them to go home or go to another arena as civil defense in those areas is wearing weak and costing the area to much funds. These are our freedom fighters. The only time we fund them with weapons or war strategies is if we think they are going to be genocided or are being killed in mass droves because of simple freedom issues. Such as Libya where we went through the international system for votes and then found proper citizens in international communities that where genocided out of Libya to go back in and lead the defense. That is our kind of freedom fighting.

The Communist Chinese on the other hand are well known for funding genocidal dictators. Like what we have seen in Africa. Where they use genocidal dictators to set up companies like Huwaei and they allow them to genocide whole peoples of Democracy and free market and Christians. In which they then export their SOE's and their own Chinese Communist citizens to the areas where the genocidal dictator who they paid billions allows them too. Then Huwaei is set up in those areas as the genocide is going on. Which Huweai protects the actions of the terrorist and the genociders by not allowing any news articles or any type of information on the matter through their gateways in parts of Africa. These actions do things like stop the rest of the world from knowing what is going on. While also stopping the domestic people in Africa from being able to defend themselves from genocidal dictators and their MSS backed billions. So the Communist Chinese can expand their companies and their SOE political structures. Based primarily on the need to take over the land kill the dictator and then implement Communist Chinese Party rule. Secretary Hillary Clinton I believe is the proper person for those reports. These is just one small activity in the international community that Huwaei has helped terrorist. Which then makes them a terrorist organization.

Therefore, we can see that major political viewpoints that Huwaei holds has caused terrorism and genocide to spread without any proper allowance of freedom of speech. Which then means the citizenry can't stop the terrorism or even prepare for it as the articles or writers that would write about it are blocked from the area. Along these lines we can see that as the MSS uses Huwaei as a party of its major strategy to cause terrorism so it can change political regimes under its control. Is also a point in conflict which the US has a major opposing view points. The US believes in freedom of speech. Which means that our telecommunications companies are held to a higher form of non terrorist protection and helping in the world. Which means our companies if found to be blocking articles on terrorist activities so as to help them commit the activities of killing, or genocide. Would seriously be dealt with. However, Huwaei is well protected and is allowed and expected to do such activities in every realm it is in for the Communist Party.

B.  Huwaei Worked very Close with the Communist Government and Al Queada

When Huwaei was first setting up shop in the Middle East. It made very close contracts with Al Queada. So much so that the Communist Chinese government worked hand and hand with Al Queada and Huweai to set up secure networks for the terrorist cell. I have spoke a little bit on this matter but would like to expand more on the matter of how important this is to the US. The issue is easy to see for me. As an American I know my allies. They are the folks who historically have been here for the US and us them. I know Communist China has been the main factor in the last three wars including the one of the last police actions during Iraqi Freedom. The US people do not see Communist China as an ally. As a majority we have never seen them as such. We see them as we see Iran or North Korea to of Communist China's belligerent to the West military states. We see them as a threat. For some reason. Communist China has been able to get so much influence in the US that the majority of the US's voices gets drowned out. So much so the evidence linking Communist China to Al Queada and all actions. Along with the evidence with Huwaei and Al Queada actions has only one single web page on the matter. Which if this would have been the Soviet Union during the cold war would have been plastered all over the place for a very long time.

This in such is the main problem today we see with the US. The importance of realizing your allies and acting with allies and not with enemies. The idea of keep your enemies close and your allies at a distance has its points. But when the points of the whole western allied forces are in economic implosion. While our main enemy the single fascist mono culturist party of Communist China is richer than us all. I see the theory as to extreme. The idea in reality is if a company worked with Al Queada as close as they did. They should be sanctioned. Like we do with Iranian Petrochemicals that work very closely to enrich Hamas. Yet, the US has taken no action to sanction Huwaei for securing newtorks for Hamas, Iotayla, or Al Queada. In which they still do today. It makes no logical sense in the matter. Logic would state that Huwaei worked very close with Al Queada on a war map to secure their telecommunications so the US could not prepare telecom war maneuvers against them until to late and we had to invade to find them. That Huwaei becomes equatable to Iran and the petrochemical industries that so supports Hamas. This does not even include the analysis that Huweai has secured networks from Western dominace of telecommunications of Hamas, or African Genocidal dictators or many other anti western units in the world. That wish for their supreme military leader to run their area with help from the Communist. Instead of Democracy where all parties and all cultures can have a chance to lead at the seat.

Therefore, if Huwaei has close ties to what we call terrorist. But what they and their government call their proxy agents. Then we can see that more likely than not they will do the same thing they are doing in the Middle East to help secure terrorist networks that they will do in the US. To them it is just another battle scenario. The only way we kept the Soviets from getting their proxy agents inside of the US. Was by making sure all Soviet entities with close ties to military issues had no way to cover their proxy agents in the US. Therefore, it is paramount that the US keeps the same civil and military doctrine towards another hostile country to the US. The US needs to realize that any access to US infrastructure should be done exactly how the Communist Chinese did with Cysco. Where they gutted all Cysco machines and just left the shells then took the time and funds to implement their own hardware so Cysco could have no back door way into the programs for any type of terrorist activities or protection. However, the US is not fascist like that. So if they went to such extremes with one of our free enterprises telecommunciations devices; as a symbolism to gain access to our markets. Then we should not even bother with allowing them into the US. It is well known by all scholars of Communist Chinese PLA and MSS strategies. That they will act like the Soviet union and they will use proxy agents to destroy or disrupt our economy and infrastructure if we are not properly defending against them. They want world domination control, like the Soviets did. They will stop at nothing to get their single party to gain single party control of all countries. Their constitution stands for that, the US's stands for individual freedom and respect to sovereignty.  They are our enemies or what we call terrorist best protectors and Huwaei has shown it has and is currently doing it. 2. Economic Warfare 

The definition of Economic Warfare is "the purpose of economic warfare is to capture critical economic resources so that the military can operate at full efficiency and/or deprive the enemy forces of those resources so that they cannot fight the war properly." CIA definition. Today if we look at one of the US's most valuable resources inside of our infrastructure it is the telecommunications. Which all US non military top secret entities have to release to be part of the SEC. This then creates an unfair advantage. As Huwaei is used in part and whole to collect information on any research being done about their domestic infrastructure competition. In which in the US is a normal part of business. Which means Huwaei is able to create an unfair advantage for the Communist Chinese by helping catch any media or researchers using telecommunications to research their telecommunications infrastructure. Which means all Huweai has to do is allow Communist Chinese military or government officials access to data servers, telecommunications or even satellite cell phone, or cell phone back doors. Which could easily allow them to gain a unfair competitive edge of the US free enterprises. Who are not part of a major centralized SASAC type economy. 

The idea then comes down to the reason that Huwaei would not do this. Well why would they not. If they are forced to follow protocal and allow Communist Chinese government and military to act in belligerent countries to protect terrorist chatter, along with part of a major liquidation style board game. Then it is very reasonable to think that they would also do collections on economic warfare. This is also true as we see that the majority of the Communist Chinese centralized economy which is run by the SASAC; seventy five percent of their economy. We have seen the SASAC do such things as arm Gadafi during a time when the world voted against them. Allow Hamas to funnel tons of funds through SOE banks. Along with create major contracts with Al Queada that Huwaei and the SASAC worked very close together on. It is not a skip and jump to think that Huwaei will further its close ties to the Communist government to allow further economic warfare as it has through its work with the Communist government to allow terrorism.

The Communist Chinese Party has been and is the worlds primary economic warfare unit in the world. They keep tyrannical control of their economy. So close that they even have red phones in their SOE's and military retired business like Huwaei. Which all in actors in the Communist Party are expected act via Communist Chinese constitution to react to a certain issue if so called for by their government. This means that if we saw a spat with the US selling weapons to a peaceful nation like Philippines,  Taiwan, Vietnam or ASEANIC as a whole. Dr. Herman Cain
   Is a small business man who has made it big. His values are not based on political science or even real life major city or country building or macro control. In which a President needs. His lack of macro abilities is shown by the idea of a flat tax. Which in a vacuum is a great idea. However, this is not a SIM's game and is not a vacuum. This is real life. This is his first I believe, time trying to run for President and seeing the Issues that he needs to master. This is shown by a reality in which he wishes to start a tax program that will destroy the majority of US taxes and ability to push for private sector intelligence groups. As Non profits will look less of as a place to place taxes if his tax plan goes through. This means a couple things. First of all the US loses a major portion of its taxes. Along with that the US loses a major portion of its Non Profit donations. As taxes are lowered from the rich and less rich give back. As they would rather hold onto it. This then leads to major catastrophic areas of economic implosion.

Dr. Herman Cain's economic implosion on the US will do major things. Mainly things like stopping Non Profits that lobby against foreign espionage units. In which lobby very heavily to destroy the US via econ implosion. Thus this plan makes Dr. Cain look like a Communist sympathizer as his tax plan would destroy our intelligence private sector defense against foreign espionage econ implosion agents. Along these lines will see the drop in tax rate will destroy government intelligence agencies with less funding. While having the major drop in funding for private intelligence agencies of Non Profits. As the main draw of a Non Profit is that fact that the rich can directly control their tax output to the country. So if u make them pay less taxes. The Non Profits get less funding. My main issue with Dr. Bachmann is her inability to discern the differences from free market capitalism to Communism. In her mind she thinks that Communist China is a thriving capitalist market. However, she did not define capitalism. What Communist China is is a pure communist market. Or probable from the aid she chose to brief her on the matter. What is known as state capitalism. Like the Problem I had with Sarah Palin. State Capitalism comes from major State Owned Enterprises controlling the funds and political ideas. Which takes away from the core principle of the Republic. Which is civil rights fighting through individual ownership of property and business. Her beliefs expressed in view points shows she is enable to deal with one of our major enemy countries in political governance and economics, along with terrorism. Communist China and the ability of the Leader of the Free World to know them inside and out is a primary concern to all i's. As the CCP has funded terrorist to attack us, uses major SOE's to destroy our citizens free enterprises, and bullies its neighbors with their state capitalism, or in reality what is known as Communism. In my mind Dr. Bachmann has placed herself in the same boat as Dr. Palin. As Dr. Palin comes from the US's biggest Communist run governance state which is Alaska. As it was created to be that way to stop the Soviet Union from invading. Therefore, with her lack of draw on every moment with regards to Communist China. I see her as a possible economic warfare implosion threat. This is because if she sees state capitalism as something that is ok. Then first of all she is not a Republican. Second of all the US will keep losing out in economics. As freedom and liberty which is grounded in ownership of property and business for their own individual beliefs, will be lost int he long run of her policies towards Communist China.

While any macro conservative can tell you we need major central governments to stop foreign major whole countries SOE's from destroying our country. So we see then bullying little countries for resources, like Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan. In which we see their constitution acts out as if those countries are part of China and the Communist Party. In which we saw them do with Tibet, Part of Mongolia and East Turkestan.

Then we see that if we look back to the German Socialist and how they did before they started claiming territory. They did such things as build the worlds biggest submarine fleet. Which the Communist Chinese have done. Along with build and create laws that force the world to use the German Socialist SOE shipping lanes. Which the Communist Chinese have done too. They also did things like created massive SOE's that were to noncompetitive and suck din the worlds reserves and resources monopolies. Also what we have seen the Communist Chinese do. Along these lines, we can see their economic policy has also been very hostile and dominate towards resources and technology. Which they have dominated every country in both. As per their laws that force seizer of all business technology to do trade in Communist China. Meaning no business has a tech edge over Communist China if they trade there. Along these lines we saw major anti trust violations in international commerce to get resource monopolies. This is done mainly so they can force the world to obey them and not help out their neighbors who they wish to force into their constitution of a one world party in which the Communist are the centralized hub for the world.

The Solution therefore is that countries again need to stand together against the Communist Chinese. They have done this very same tactics, during North Korea, Vietnam, and priory in Tibet, Mongolia and East Turkestan. Where they cognitional prepare and preempt without any rebuttal or eroding structure stopping it from become full scale solid cognitional frontal assault. Therefore, countries need to do things like ratify the treaties that say countries that have high piracy of technology will pay more for the items if they can't stop the piracy. Along with that the world needs to stop feeding the Communist ego's by allowing them to keeping with their resource monopolies. Furthermore, the world needs to help build their neighbors to become stronger so as to check and balance their movements. So ASEANIC as a whole can act as a check and balance to the Communist party of China. Currently ASEANIC is not economically prepared for such an deal. However, before we do that as the Communist Party could turn the leaders for them and create a bigger force. We must look to our allies. The US and western front has left the Balkans, Turkey, EU, and UK in shambles to do trade with the Communist Chinese. Our own forces are twindled and our economies are at bay to the Communist Chinese. Mainly because wee do more trade with the enemy than we do with our allies. Which in historical military perspective is a horrible idea. This is because now the Communist Chinese can out produce the majority of western allies, along with out tech us because of our bad weak non domine policies towards Communist China.

My recommendations would be to twindle trade with Communist China. Boost trade with ASEANIC. Then pull major ties with our allies with regards to high technology and production materials. So our smelting, resources, and manufacturing bases can return. In case of another Communist Party, Mongolian War, East Turkestan War, Tibet War, Or even a possible Taiwanese military initative.

Dear US Macro Government elders and leaders.

I have applied a domestic espionage theory as we apply it to domestic possible aggressors to the unemployment issue. It is based on the idea of pack, leader, then help be competitive in the market place.

So if we apply this to the unemployment situation. We can see that we should pack skills together. Find possible leaders for loans. Which they would have to promise to pay back for life at a small amount of at least $100-$200 a month. Then start very small business in those skills to compete. Then we help them get market shares.

This will make our country more macroly competitive along with help out with unemployment issues.

A case study would be let's say truck drivers. We have a pack of skilled truck drivers. Then we find a leader willing to take out a loan at a small life long payment of around $200 or so for a couple trucks. Or something like that. Then we give them a list of out of work truck drivers. Then we get them to work competeting. While watching them compete to see why they where unemployed. Then if we see it is foreign influence we macro our balance to help keep our people employed.

The military family stock market initiative. Is where the US helps advance our military personnel training for spare time and for recreational stock market purchasing. This idea is based on the ideas that military families at home have some spare time. This could also be used to help them start  up small businesses or even fund their college students funds. As one military man I spoke to did it himself. Why not teach everyone else too.

If you do the stock market initiative. If you are not already doing this. You might also want to direct media attention to other family military areas of outlet for information like military magazines, family hang outs, social clubs, stores and stuff like that. I know my family does it and one of them i know has done well with their ten dollars a month.

Research that would be needed would be a stock market area that gives discount trades for military, that is lower than other lower trade costs. Along with a proper military issued stock market idea for military personnel. For example, a military magazine could start a good investment stock market column, or even a military family stock market strategy guide.

The reason why I think Communist China green tech should be sanctioned.

Communist China subsidized its green tech industries tens of billions more than the US did. Along with that it used such tactics as forced Intellectual property foreclosure for some companies to compete there or build there. Where as the US does not do that. Along these lines, their mineral resource monopoly is also used and is out right stated as so: they use the monopolies to force companies to build their products there. Then they force companies to be placed into joint ventures when they are forced to build there as their resource monopolies are to uncompetitive. One case study showed after they lied and acted that the SASAC is not a single entity. They then took 30 rare earth resource mines that where acting under cloak of separation to get by monopoly issues in governance and conglomerated them down to one single entity and mining company. They have admitted to use bribes, murder and a number of other issues to obtain the mineral resources. 

In furtherance, the idea that a trade with Communist China will hurt the US or market place is wrong. In reality the trade war will do things like force us to open up our own mines. Which will make the world more competitive. As we can also sell more minerals so that the Communist do not use them like we have seen them do as a war weapon. Along those lines it will do things like allow US citizens to own more business. Instead of centralizing all the industries to the Communist Chinese State Owned Enterprises. Therefore, what we see is a major issue in the world. Where the Communist Chinese propaganda unit constantly states it is a good idea to allow their SOE's to build everything. Which they then use that to control countries as a weapon. Therefore, as an economic military perspective it is better to stand up and stop such dominance and become dominate ourselves. 

Along these lines 80% of the US green tech stimulus money was specifically stripped from US citizens. As per such books as such books as Death by China: Confronting the Dragon explain. Where one company who received millions in funding. Was taken away from the US after receiving those funds. As the Communist Chinese some how received contractual information on how much they received from us. Then they offered them a better contract and cheaper wears. After the US tax funds built the US company a factory. Therefore, we then see economic espionage being used also. This was not the only case. There was other cases where somehow specific information that was only privileged to a few government officials on what companies received stimulus money in our green tech industries. Where also attacked by such econ warfare ideas of getting them to go to Communist China after draining our stimulus treasury. In which, all companies went to the specific government agents who had contractual, technological, and commerce control and asked for help to either compete against the issue that was drawing them out or to stop them from doing it. Which the government officials did not do and allowed 80% of our green tech stimulus to leave the US like that. 

Therefore, as we can see the Communist Chinese manipulated the green tech industry through out subsidizing the US, specific economic forced government legislation and espionage tactics which weakened our economic treasury holdings. I would believe that the case for sanctions would stand. As the US should stand up and say we need to compete. I believe President Obama has been more than willing to look into opening up mining production issues. As they have agreed that the Communist Chinese use of their monopolies on resources is nothing close to barbaric with regards to peaceful economic diplomacy. Thank you as a specialist in this area I would call for sanctions and then mines to be opened for the necessary resources to compete against them and not let them dominate us and the world. This is because like nuclear and physics the energy sector produces new weapons and better economic competition. Therefore, we must look at it as a national security matter.  If we lose like we have been with the weak contract, commerce, and technological leaders have allow us to do. We not only lose for the US but we lose for the world. As the Communist will use their advantage as a bullying neighbor weapon. We have historically always stood up to such SOE tactics and massive subsidizes. As the German Socialist did and the Soviet Union did. I would say we should do it again.
