I would like to write a report on Asphalt Recycling and an international push for roads

Ideas rough
Currently the US is not developing the world as the Communist Chinese have the majority of the development contracts. As in my previous rough blog. As I am a capitalist I do not write fully cited and dotted unless paid. However, my next idea for an article would be to create a push for recycling asphalt in the US. Which means cheaper city expenses. While more safe roads, along with forcing existing asphalt road companies to look internationally to bring home some fresh treasury to their cities and towns.
