Currently Boeing has a very bad employment whole in its public personality. For example Boeing is leaving Wichita Facility. This leave then places a huge void in the cities economics. Thus leaving way for major impacts like implosion, childrens lost taxes for schools, parents going to drugs and alcohol, along with a huge impact seen by such massive destructive movements as we saw in Detroit as facilities left there. Where the car entities did not care for the public economy and the devastation it was creating.
Therefore, I propose a new position that I can do for Boeing. This would be a position that would any time they need to move a facility or cause voids in US economic employment. Boeing to could pay me to properly look for another business or an entrepreneurial to start up a loan or contract to refill those jobs. Thus Boeing could lead the way for a very impactfull societal event. Which would be big business taken care of citizens when they have to leave. This would give Boeing a better image in the world. However, most importantly it could lead the US and world to a very productive new business protocol of not leaving economic voids when they leave.
Now to make this more profitable we could actually turn this into a Non Profit. Where Boeing does not have to hire me or my staff on a yearly salary. Yet, however, lead the way in divy dens funding. So the funds could be recurring each year. These funds could then pay for citizen researchers to properly fill the void, by working with the company and any of its contacts to see if they can help find a way to prepare the area of a major economic devastation by entering a new business or creating a new enterprising dream.
If Boeing already does this for areas it is leaving then I am apologize for bringing it up. However, if Boeing is in the practice of horrible economic implosion creation by leaving devastation in its path. Then I think we could solve that and create a very good protocol and precedence for the rest of America's business markets to follow. Which might even get Boeing some funds if their hired team gets good enough. Other business could hire Boeing's economic reconstruction teams to help big business with their public appearance and ability to gain government contracts by taken proper care of the citizens when they leave.

Currently In my beliefs there is no big major corporation that has this program existing in its arsenal, nor is there any Non Profit that provides this service. I believe only high dollar paid people are able to do that. Which leaves the city in worse turmoil to have to pay hundred of thousands of dollars to try and replace jobs.
In this is more than just having a real estate team trying to sell the building and having a liability on the books.
Detroit is a primary example. Where once was a proud society of car builders and massive companies. When the car companies started outsourcing parts and shutting down. The whole city became crime riden and high epidemic of drugs and poverty came in. Not one entity did an economic reconstruct team nor send anyone in to redirect focus of employment in that area like a good corporate ethical program should.
Economic reconstrcution team. I should place that on my Non Profit outline also. As we could do that too for cities at a no fee cost as they are losing major jobs.
This would include,
Outlines of world trends
Abilities and skills in the area
Unemployed populace pools
Fresh student programs graudating leaders in the areas of the field
Along with loan programs to get new entrepruenial leaders in that area
A tax program or legislative outline to help smooth the transition
A list of cities that have done very well and the programs and cognitional outlines that lead them there.
A personal conscious coach on the area of the lost jobs to see what the cognitional whole of the area is.
etc
I could propose a whole new world and I would win.
Economic reconstruction team
First I would have to create a list of collections we would need for macro outlines. To hell figure out micro outlines.
Then I would need a list of possible recruits to help out at least one other.
Then I would find all major cities that have lost major entities that have left destruction and start working on them.
Then find companies that wish to leave a better corporate ethical feeling and get donations from them to help them feel like they are not leaving behind a void of drugs, epidemic crime waves, and high suicides as that is what happens when corporations leave areas.
I would like to start a tv show that is called City Economic Reconstruction.
Where first season we go about the process of collecting ideas. Me and a team of muti culturist. I will contact some TV show places and see if anyone is in on the idea.
That one cognitional show could give college directors and Economic teachers ideas to get their students out there and being like the Big I on tv and doing it for theirs. Maybe even if it goes two season stop by a team of students idolizing my ideas.
