Currently the US is under massive cyber fire from Communist China and Iran. Everything that can be stolen is being stolen from their governments that have permitted their citizen hackers to steal. In which when caught by the west societies they do not prosecute and they just allow them to keep hacking on.
Therefore, the US has implemented a volunteer hacking program. Where disabled or veterans with a low hanging on are directed as long as still good moral repute and not hanging out with any bad nexuses in their lives. They are given free training in cyber defense hacking and allowed to watch over specific areas of the grid. This idea is similar to many other areas of the US that do the same thing.
If you are a veteran disabled, or unemployed yet surviving with little to no financial hardships, or in a bad way. Contact the Cyber Defense department to gain a permit to begin your volunteer cyber defense training. This will do too things for our veterans. One it gives them a very valuable skills set for future cyber defense and server management. While it also focuses their energy so it is not redirected by foreign espionage agents. While also stops and lowers the high propensity for veterans to join gangs as they feel they have no mission or no partnership for a battle against an evil or enemy. The costs of Irans and Communist China's cyber war against the US has reached trillions. Along with the fact it is cheaper to train and provide direction of cognitional focus to our veterans than it is to allow them to go awall when off the mil grid.
