Thus that means if you company wishes to pursue business that would allow a Communist Chinese SASAC controlled or otherwise entity into the US's oil industries. Your company would be found under contempt of breaking international laws along with Domestic US laws.

This matter is so highly out of your hands that Libya itself was a cold war attack on Communist China's oil. As the Communist Chinese where sponsoring terror networks in Africa using Gadafi as their main source so they could obtain oil contracts and deals.
