Create an investigation Unit with regards to Communist Chinese State Owned Enterprises and unfair labor practices.

The Petition is based on the Facts and merits of the US constitution. From the War against Britain that placed Taxes on Colonial Free Enterprises selling tea. So the King's SOE's could dominate the tea industry. All the way to the Cold War against the Soviet Unions resource and industrial monopolies that used their SOE's. There seems to be a major problem with the US's ability to analogize Soviet SOE's to Communist Chinese SOE's. Along these lines the CCP's SOE's own 97% of the worlds resources. Which means they control the supply chain of the two sided economic model of Demand and Supply.
