Speaker Boehner is for protecting US free enterprises from the US government.

However, he does not wish to stop the Communist Chinese State Owned Enterprises and manipulative government from taken our free enterprise jobs and destroying them. In which the CCP forces our bigger free enterprises into joint ventures. Where free enterprises have to give up their only advantage which is their IP. Just to do trade with the Communist Chinese.
