I am thinking about Writting a book about Gary Locke and his activities as an MSS agent.

This would mean I would have to have a lot of funding at least enough funds for one year to collect data on him and his activities. Laws, business transactions, trips, timelines during those trips events that happened around him. Then of course the major portion of the book which my outline shows might take up three or four chapters would be about the 80% green tech stimulus loss and how it happened. Either proven that Locke is an MSS agent or that he is not. Along with that my favorite chapter I have outlined is the analogy of how his actions are exactly similar to those of the KGB during the cold when they where trying to destroy the US's then new weapons and energy program nuclear physics. Which I believe is striking similar in every move he made from my basic non funded research so far.
