My letter of failure to the HHS

Dear HHS,

Currently today the US medical industry is the most over-burdensome, worst regulated industry in the world. A few examples are the other day I went to the hospital. I noticed that pills that cost two dollars to get to the hospital where being billed at over $100 a pill. In which, this was not just for the ones who could afford it but for everyone. This means that they are making a profit that is way over usury. Along with that I have had to look at surgeries. In the USA alone the surgery I might need will cost me around $1 million dollars or so. However, in Indian, or Mexico. Who have very very cheap patient doctors insurance due to much higher regulations of usury than the US. The surgery will cost around $300,000 or so. What I do not understand is how the US can every explain to the world. That they are going to force its citizens into a monopolized industry, the insurance industry. When a three hour procedure costs about a 1 million dollars. While in foreign lands with from my research much better usury regulations it costs way less, but is just as good if not better, than these Doctors with overzealous paychecks.

The worst part is from my research. The only hospitals that are failing are those in poor areas. As those hospitals still charge the same amount as the Hospitals with higher level doctors, and richer areas of procedures and environment. I found this ridiculous. The idea that a hospital working on poverty level shares should be allowed to charge so much money. The idea that any other profession a soldier, an attorney, an Director of Intelligence who watches grids and satellites, gets paid a normal salary and their regulations of usury are very high. Meaning that a DI, or a Soldier or an Attorney can't go and overcharge the client 1 million for three hours, with overhead is about a few thousand.

The idea that they are allowed to do this so they can pay for the ones who can't pay does not coincide with all the hospitals taking home after paid net figures hundreds of millions and some billions. While every single insurance company takes home billions a year in the bigger brackets, the ones complaining and lobbying so hard for a forced monopolized industry of insurance.

Personally, I think if there was usury regulations on the medical industry. That everyone could afford health insurance. The idea of going to a doctors, would be a fair reasonable price, maybe the higher ends charging a thousand an hour or so, but the idea of a 1 million dollar three hour surgery outpatient would not exist. So I find the HHS unreasonable in their request to force every citizen in this country into an industry which violates all other common law of usury laws in soldiers, intelligence or attorneys fields. I think HHS is a failure in regards to regulating this industry. For example, my famous pill hollering in the middle of a hospital. I am an economic warfare analysts. I tracked the pill the whole way to the hospital. Figured out a meager overhead for the basic requirements of salary and insurance for the building and employees. Then figured out the pill itself was being usury charged at over 1000% of its costs. Which did not matter if I was some bum of the street like I am or the guy who might be able to afford that nicer room so the overhead can go up some on him.

I think this agency is a failure. I think the way you are trying to help this country. Will illegally as per three world wars against forced monopolies of any industry, with hundreds of millions dead fighting against government structures of forced monopolized industries. Will at its best cause a major unregulated industry to bloat and bust like did the mortgage laws. Which the mortgage industry was the same way unregulated industry. Except, the medical industry is much worsely unregulated because of the high dollar lobbying to keep billion dollar net surplus insurance companies and medical hospitals, along with utmost favorite oh we have a cure for aids, oh no he was shot dead the next day we declared it in Irvine California. Lol you are ridiculous. Try doing some usury regulations.

It is understood in poor areas or poverty areas sure taxes will be needed. But taxes for usury charges like earning 1000% on overhead cost of services from loans and payroll along with individual overhead insurance. IS my friends a full failure.

Rider I

big gridder critter says your a failure. I do better as matter of fact in our meetings we all took different hospitals under management as the critters where on coasting, and we did way better and made lots of money with the basic principle of status quo non insured. With a much lower take home but still richer than hell. We all laughed thinking ya nuclear bomb might go off we make barely $100,000 these doctors do a simple battle field wond surgical procedure make $50,000 in one hour. lol of course as the big gridder critter I took the poorest hospital in the territory of Democracy. I did well enough for a ten million dollar take home after basic yearly percents calculated in. Then we played the of course fun game, lets play civil war break out lol. Then my hospital was the best as my critters rule yours drule.

Just to prove my point we are having a proper online hospital management game come out with all the real supply lines and costs and percents as per areas. Just in case the forced monopoly laws are not properly upheld we go again for usury. Which the online hospital wars game will prove it. Real life numbers games.

The best part is the algo rythm has:
1. The cost of property in different areas and the necessary overhead for a hospital in that area all numbers.
2. Employees all numbers and the different areas of costs
3. Equipment and material loans costs different ways to get the material.
4. And of course the percentage of easy money which is to overcharge the insurance companies or real money which is to properly charge a normal 40% take home for poor folks, like bums who can afford a six dollar pill or a a thousand dollar procedure for a major loss of finger or arm.

it is a really cool game to show usury. Then the best part is you can take your stats and show them against the major hospitals and medical unions that are major violators of other industries usury laws.
with of course the major point being the statistical level of employee happyness which yes folks there is a number to that too.

The best part is when I ran my numbers on the US poorest hospital against its owner. Which owned a few other muti billion dollar hospitals. I was making way better stats and numbers than him. As his supply levels where still charging out at way to high an overhead for the area statistical ability to pay.

I found the specific code I loved was the area percentage of statistical ability to pay as per the need to have overhead charges. That was the area of level which I found most in the numbers game. But in a poor area, folks should know they are there to get time in and experience and not make 1000% on all things they can.

statistical inputs and outputs. Shows in most all hospitals and insurance companies as very high usury level to the upper branches complaining about that 1 million a year is not enough for them to sign a few papers and spend less than a month worth of work managing managers. then it should be taken away.

$10,000 to put on a finger after a knife fight. I was like really. It cost you less than $200 including your half an hour pay to soe it on.

As matter of fact once where were done we sat down with the Democrats DI's and stated we just might start some real numbers hospitals to beat out your overexpensive overcharging ones. We have doctors who would easily charge $50 for a finger soeing on, brain surger maybe around $20,000 for an hour. So just let you know if the Supreme's bite on the forced monopoly common law attack. We going to take shares heavily with real numbers hospitals.

I have critters I have watched birth their own and sow their own things back. some can even do straight street inner intestine style work. cause they can't afford the million dollar sir charges. Along with that medical malpractice insurance is not that much.

I could make trillions of dollars but I can't because of the usury laws and the green light law. However, doctors can make usury wages on folks.

if the Democracy wins against the 50 year long struggle to stop forced monopolized in this country like the insurance forced monopoly or the food or house or military as per vietnam legal supreme court laws. Then the REpublican plans major commericals for republican hospitals that show major Democratic Party officials who own hospitals letting folks walk out without arms, throwing out bums. While Republicam hospitals will be at a cost that all folks can afford. As no surger will ever exceed $100,00

are choices are a system that will be bloated and burst like the mortage industry, with an illegal precedent set to allow forced monopolized industries. Or a competitive system of fair valuable services.

Which will be my first hospital fair value services.

play the game.
