My solution is the best solution. Regulate lit like an attorney industry. Where not one attorney makes a million dollars for three hours of work. The Doctor should not make more than 1,000 an hour which is still really good, and thus the most any procedure could cost would be around $50,000 for stay and procedural outcome. As the whole industry is ridiculously unregulated and forcing every single citizen into an unregulated industry especially with such high Democracy party ownership will cause fascism and communist take over patterns of economic warfare.
